326 million for 2014, its revenue totals have been $527 million, $639 million and $650 million prior to its 2018 figure. In each of those last three years, the SEC was far ahead of the major conference that finished with the second-highest revenue total.

I agree you hate to see it, as a passionate college football fan, but the money doesn't lie. When Bama makes the playoffs, more times than not, they win it. More money. So how would you rather have it?

The refs probably do this more subconciously than anything. In other words, its more in the back of their minds, what has to be done. I get it. Lets give the officials a break. They are probably under pressure, i sure in the hell wouldnt want their job.

False.

SEC needs to have top players to make money but it doesn’t have to be them. I have lived in other parts of the country and people don’t give a shite about Alabama or anyone else here really.

Sure, this makes perfect sense. The most penalized team in the history of college football, Alabama 2019, is actually protected by the refs subconsciously. Saban, using invisible laser beams, indicates to the refs when penalties are appropriate.

The refs give them 80 penalties a game but, not at crucial moments. That way, the cash elephant is protected.

Makes perfect lsusense.

You know the SEC makes the same no matter team goes to the semis. It helps if the best team goes because it increases the chances f advancing. Now all things being equal, it is the SEC's best interest for LSU to win out, thus giving the conference a third program in the playoffs, and thus increasing the national perception of the strength of the SEC and debunking the "it is Bama and everybody else" argument. The truth is that Birmingham has no reason to help Bama and every reason to help LSU.
