re: Expectation vs Reality

I thought this was a 10-2 team and I still think so. But I didn’t think they’d lose this early and not to SC. The stretch in November is going to be brutal with some timely offweeks for Auburn and Missouri. Remainder of the season, 3-1 over that stretch would be really, really good. I’ve thought the 1 would be Florida all season and I still think so. None of the matchups favor Georgia.

The expectations for this team should have been tempered when all last year’s pass catching production left the team. If you’re desperate for a national championship, probably time to find something else for the rest of the year. If you love football, fall, tailgate parties (or neighborhood parties), being on campus, cooler weather, and games against our traditional rivals there’s still a lot to look forward to.
