Is Joe "Big Dick" Burrow the best NFL QB this year based on tools?

He has the body, arm and decision making skills. Maybe the kid out of Oregon a close second? Tua/Hurts seem like a pick Cleveland loves to make each year.

Nope. Tua will be drafted higher. Burrow will probably go somewhere in the middle of the first round. There are other QB's out there higher on the draft boards

I love Tua btw. He has elite decision making skills similar to Joe. But he lacks the elite arm and body. No way he is top 10.

I would absolutely love that.
I hope tua gets drafted to the dolphins, and burrow goes to somewhere like New Orleans or Pittsburgh.

The best thing that could happen to Tua professionally is dropping outside the top 5 to a franchise that knows what they are doing.
The worst thing would be for him to go to a place with no plan and a bad OL. He's not built for that
