Bama defense will start FIVE TRUE freshmen vs TAMU. They are gaining confidence and improving believe it or not. So LSU, Auburn, et al., keep laughing at our defense.

Who’s laughing at your defense? I’ve seen a whole lot more of you laughing at ours than us laughing at yours, but the two defenses are actually pretty similar.

it has been going back and forth,trolls and counter trolls, but you are correct, Bama and LSU so far this year, have been very similar in team strengths and weaknesses

If they are all defensive lineman or defensive ends we would have a chance to rush for 100. Pretty sure you guys will be just fine against our pathetic Oline.

It is because of injuries and disappointing play(not in position and poor tackling), it is not something to be proud of frankly.

As much as I hate to say it, I think this is the thing that's going to keep UA's best ever offense from winning a NC.

I actually give Texas AM a "punchers chance" this weekend vs Bama. Had a week off after that pitiful Arkansas performance and Bama does not offer the same problems that Auburn issued for TAM and that OLine....I think this will be TAM's best performance of the year and although it probably WONT be enough, Texas A&M +17-18 looks like FREE $ for everyone.
Every sucker, public bettor will be all over Bama (and they might roll TAM), but the last 4 years TAM has lost by 18-19-8 & 22 and this is by FAR Bama's worst defense in all of those years. Add in a simple over confidence (which is hard to overcome when you have an offense like Bama) I think this is a "possible recipe" for an upset, but 1000% a few coins on the Aggies to cover....Over 61 looks like a Dream as well.

Well this is your chance to shine since 4 of them are defensive tackles and inside linebackers. We were short of quality tackles so one was gonna start anyway, but the other 3 are in there because we lost our stud linebacker Moses and his running mate and a star in the making in Ray @ DT to a calamity of injuries in the early practices and games. 5 is a bunch but here's hoping they are learning on the ob.

I don't see you winning shite this year.
ETA: LSU has a lot of injuries on defense too, which is why some of our performances haven't been too stellar.

I don't care what year your defensive starters are. Every year they play us (LSU) they are beyond prepared and ready. I expect nothing less this year.

On one hand, starting 5 true freshman is about as scary and desperate as it gets.
On the other, it’s pretty cool, seeing as no other team in the country could do it and have Alabama’s success.
