It does not factor in quality of opponent. It is strictly stat based.
This is not a "team ranking". This list does not say that #9 on the list is a better team or would beat #20. It's only a ranking of how well teams have played against their schedule.

Seems like a good tool once we actually get thru the meat of the schedule and teams like LSU and Alabama have gotten around to playing someone with a pulse

Pretty interesting stuff - did you put this all together yourself? How are getting all the inputs?
Might be fun to mess around with a strength of schedule modifier and see what some sort of "SOS Adjusted Dominance" rankings would look like.
