Losing Herb and Beetle on top of all the other injuries were the death blow. I knew we weren’t gonna make the tournament when that happened, nothing Oats can do at that point.
He had us playing great despite not having Gary, Rojas or even Bolden for a lot of the year but losing Herb then Bolden again was too much to overcome.
Then we have all 3 of our bigs foul out on top of that vs a team playing three centers.
Again, blaming Oats is idiotic.

I know you’re positive only, but when were we playing great? The above was written like we were a top 20 program at some point this year.

When we beat Auburn and Miss st by 20 a piece we were looking pretty damn good.

And that was after chokes against Penn State and Florida. This has been an up and down team all year with a propensity to turn it over excessively, foul non stop, and lately been unable to rebound.
Hopefully it changes next year. We missed on all of the top targets other than Ambrose so hopefully we’ll fix the issues through the grad transfer market.
