LOL how did "the glide" stack up against Alabama last year?
Y'all beat us...great. UGA lost to Texas...great. You beat Texas...great.

But just because you completed multiple forward passes for the 1st time doesn't mean you should be considered CFP locks or #1 in any poll. I said it before and will say it again, you're the #7 team going on the road and beating the #9 team in the country. You did your job. I haven't said LSU didn't look good or wouldn't be good--just stated you need to be balanced if you're going to get through your slate. I will say the same for UGA when it comes to the passing game.

Keep doing your job and we can talk about LSU being in the playoff.

Props to LSU for finally catching up with the times with the new offense & a competent QB but gotta pump the brakes as they were doing what is expected against a big 12 defense. It really shows just how deflated UGA was in consolation bowl last year.

Yeah, that was great.

Not really great, that was an embarrassment to the conference.

Yep, back to being great..

Nice straw man there. I don't see anyone saying LSU is a lock for the CFP at this point in time, just as I don't see anyone saying LSU should be #1 right now.

#6 team, and we did your job too. You're welcome, ingrate.

Wrong, LSU needs to be able to run and pass, but not necessarily in any one game. They just need to be able to take what the defense is giving them. If the defense is selling out to stop the run all game long, LSU should be able to pass on that defense. If a defense is dropping 8 in coverage all game long, LSU needs to be able to run against that defense.

UGA was quite balanced in their game against LSU last season with 34 passes (47% completion rate) for 209 yards, and 30 rushes for 113 yards. Still got blown out by 20, though.

I never stopped doing my job. As a matter of fact, I can do my job and we can talk all at the same time. #multitask

We ran a lot of RPO. Joe took what he was being given, which was the pass. UT decided to see if Joe could beat them with his arm. They chose poorly.

Also, our stud freshmen RB’s will be acclimated over the next month.
