I think I'm going to hold off on changing my opinion of him a bit longer.

Coach O is the perfect example of preparation meeting opportunity. He is doing good things at LSU. Hats off to him!

Feeling’s mutual. But I love to hate y’all. O has proved all my doubts wrong and has my support

He's making some great moves, no doubt. Some much needed moves. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out in the next year or two.

Had GusBus used the Ed O model of coaching they would be giving Bama hell. O has enough sense to know that there are position coaches who know how to coach and gets out of there way. Bus doesn’t understand that concept.
O is building a program which will be hard to beat. Good for him.

If only we could turn down any future request to help out FL or more so, I wish I would have know this... then I know a lot of people that wouldn't have driven there to help clean up your sunshine state.

O at Ole Miss and USC is completely different from O at LSU. He has said himself he learned from a lot of his mistakes at Ole Miss and it clearly made him a better coach.

I bet USC is punching themselves in the balls for not keeping him. I bet he would be surfing in Santa Monica or MAlibu, signing 5 star recruits, developing a charming california accent, and dominating the Pac 12 if the Trojans had done the right thing and not the stupid USC thing they've done the past decade. Anyway, good for Coach O.

USC players AND the fans loved Orgeron and wanted USC to hire him. They almost did. It was a mistake not to have. I think Orgeron would've done well as HC for the Trojans.
