You really think a home and home against Virginia somehow trumps playing teams like Clemson, Michigan, Florida State, and USC at neutral sites?

I really hate the fricking low IQ posters on this site.

Wait. Is FSU a good program or 6 loss program? Is Michigan a good program? Or a 5 loss program?

By the way... FSU, Clemson, USC, and Michigan travel/schedule better than Bama.

I think most would agree with that.

USC has Notre Dame among others.

FSU has Florida among others.

Clemson schedules tons of tough home and homes.

Is FSU a good program

They were coming off a NC when the game was scheduled and were ranked #3 in the country when the game was played.

You tell me if that was good scheduling.

Having been to games against all of those, this is an absolutely false statement, and Wisconsin traveled better than any of them. Hell, VT traveled better than any of those, as well.

And you only say USC and Michigan schedule better because you want some credit for UGA scheduling ND. It's not going to happen. They are the most overrated program of the modern era.

Since 2007 (Saban's first year) Michigan has done several home and homes with Notre Dame (a rival), a home and home with Utah, neutral site games with Alabama and Florida, and one off home games with Oregon State, Colorado, and Vanderbilt. They've played no other Power 5 OOC games.

Since 2007 USC did home and homes with Ohio St, Virginia, Minnesotta, Syracuse (although the Syracuse home game was at MetLife Stadium), Hawaii, Boston College, and Texas, along with the neutral site game vs Alabama in 2016 and their annual game with Notre Dame.

Clemson plays South Carolina yearly and has done home and homes with Auburn (twice), Georgia, and Texas A&M since 2007. They also played Alabama and Auburn each once neutral site. That's it. They also have history with both Auburn and Georgia.

While Alabama has only done the one home and home (Penn State) since 2007, ALL of our neutral site opponents (Clemson, Virginia Tech, Michigan, West Virginia, Wisconsin, USC, Florida State, and Louisville) have played in and won at least one BCS/New Years Six Bowl in that time frame. The whole "Bama doesn't play anybody" thing has ben debunked many times over.
