But its quite obvious to me that we can beat any team in the nation on any given day with our offense, and the other guys on defense. To say that this is a "death blow" is quite laughable. Injuries happen. Sucks that we've had so many the last few years, but come on guys, take a deep breath. Ca't change the past, so no use in worrying about it.

Our goal is to win the national title. We can win any game on any given day, yea, but this injury drops the odds of doing that on EVERY day significantly. And, fair or not, that is our goal.

The saving grace is the time period, but I mean it's objectively very bad.

The reports from @AaronSuttles that Dylan Moses suffered a severe injury (ACL) and is out for the year has been confirmed by numerous sources. Waiting on Saban’s official comment.

The massive drop off after this injury isn’t really realized.. Dylan called our plays and put bodies in place. He was our coach on the field.. what we lacked last year. Freshman don’t pick up that play book in one year. He was the one guy we couldn’t lose this year. I know we can simplify it, but a good OC will rip that apart. It’s a huge loss and really crippled our NC hopes.. It will show this year and be highlighted again and again
