Established as a branch before the University of the First Class was established. Check.
Larger because you're application standards are so much lower you've become a diploma mill for people not smart enough to get into Texas. Check.
You're not richer, and according to some dealing with some serious budget stuff. And finished behind in revenue yet again. Check.
