Also, Clemson made plays in the red zone to stone us - and that was super impressive. However, this narrative that they shut us down offensively is kind of Monday Morning quarterbacking.

We had 443 yards of total offense. We threw for 295 yards. And almost all of that was in the first 3 qtrs while the game was in reach.

- At the end of the 1st qtr Alabama had 219 yards of total offense.

- At halftime Alabama had 265 yards of total offense.

- At the end of the 3rd Alabama had 421 yards of total offense.

Clemson made plays in the red zone and that's what turned the game on it's head. Alabama got into the red zone 4 times and scored 3 points.

Alabama's offense struggled much more against Mississippi State than it did against Clemson.
