How the f*ck do they make decisions like this without input from stakeholders? I prefer the old one and a think this is just stupid.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, but this feels like a "solution" in search of a problem. Very tone deaf IMO.

I think the old logo has been a problem in a couple of areas. Most notably, it doesn't scale well to smaller sizes on digital mediums. This is something the new logo will do better.
