Cut blocks should definitely be outlawed. You can't say player safety is important while allowing 290 pound men to dive at the knees of defensive players. The Arkansas player that put his helmet on Hightower's knee in 08 was executing a legal block. Way past time to correct it.

Yep! It was a 'cut block" that cost Donta Hightower in the '09 season Arky game.
