That’s not a chop block. That’s a cut block and is legal. A chop block is going to the legs of a player who is engaged with another player.

Yes I know. 2 OL engaged on 1 DL. I should have been more clear. But my point was should be equal to targeting. The OL that goes low should be called

should not be legal if player safety is actually a concern, much more likely to cause a serious injury than lots of other stuff they ban. should not be allowed near LOS at all
