Not only will we take a huge step forward in preventing injuries, I love the fact that they post everybody's stats. That will make one helluva good environment for highly competitive athletes. Its going to create an competitive atmosphere and we have been recruiting the type of players that will thrive in that type of situation. I know it will take some time to really see the results but man this might go down as one of Sabans best hires at Alabama. Time will tell that though

The unspoken message in this hire (and the Sport Sci center) is that the old man ain't going anywhere. You don't invest in these upgrades and personnel changes and leave for the lake in a year.
I hope the more perceptive eavesdroppers to our board have figured that out.
