I think it's faulty to assume McMillon is less talented. Personally, I was very impressed with him on Aday. He's a long athlete that really covered ground well, and looked in position and confident playing in space. I'm actually quite excited to see what he can do, because McMillon is all Bama, and the kind of kid I want to see succeed.

I don't think he's Matt Collins or anything, I think he is talented enough, but he's definitely not in the upper echelon of talent that we've had at the ILB position over the last decade. It's great to have a kid like that who works hard, is talented and knows the ins and outs of everything we do, though. Both to have on the field and to have to mentor the freshman and be an example.

I always hope those types of guys (the ones who stick around despite not playing for 3 years) get to play and have big years.
