The R+L Carriers Bowl doesn't have any SEC tie ins, but maybe the Sun Belt or C-USA won't have enough bowl eligible teams.

Is State really playing ULL at a neutral site? What the hell? Why would y’all do that?
Edit: A&M played SMU at a neutral site game a few years back, but that was when we were scrambling to make a schedule work following the SEC move. Do y’all have something similar happening?
