Our coaching staff lost us a national championship. They deserve more criticism from Dawg fans than they've gotten.

Agree. I would have given it to Gurley 3 times, but I see what Bobo was trying to do.
It also didn’t help that the intentional grounding call was atrocious. Ball was deflected by the defender so it ended up no where near the intended receiver. If the ref doesn’t miss that it’s still 2nd and goal from the 4.

The best way to set up a bootleg play action is to do a run play or two immediately before it. Bobo lacked the patience necessary to properly set that play up, and their DE wasnt blocked because the play didnt call for him to be blocked.
