If the Vols do land Blackshear I think that takes them from a team on the wrong side of the bubble to a top 15 team.

Tennessee is going to start John Fulkerson if we don’t land him. It’s more about replacing Grant and Alexander. They are fine 1-3 with 2 proven guards and top combo guard coming in.
