Missouri is the only current SEC Memeber to win a CWS before 1990.

Georgia was the first SEC Program to win a CWS in 1990 with a win over Oklahoma State.

Since 1990: LSU- 6 CWS Championships. With a back to back. 91,93,96,97,2000,09.
Only South Cackalacky can claim the back to back as well. (How weird is that to think about?)
