What pre/post-emergents are you using? Weed killers?

Or do you contract it out?

Been using Classic Lawn & Garden for over 20 years. No complaints.

Go to the outdoor board. There is a main lawn care thread.

If you plant rye grass in your yard during the winter, it'll choke the weeds out until spring when your grass starts growing again. I'm also against killing clover because bees love that stuff and they pollinate everything else in my garden.

weed and feed hooked up to a water hose

Yikes, and I thought truck nuts were trashy! What do you do, hang them on your riding mower?
