Do you realize that the tapes have been heard by a large number of non-FBI people and they're being quoted verbatim in the press?

I imagine that poster also realizes that the FBI likely has more evidence than what Pat Forde is reporting on, which may or may not be of interest to the NCAA.

And the NCCA's request for FBI evidence as it pertained to the first trial was denied. It's likely it gets denied again. Of course, much of it will be publicly available after the trial concludes, so they will just wait it out.

Man please! The tapes that are being talked about all over this board and everywhere else are now publicly KNOWN! That's all the NCAA needs to crush LSU.

This is where I'm at. It's obvious he fricked up. How much of it is going to be able to be proven and what's the NCAA going to do about it is what I'm going to wait to see. IMO there's no reason to freak out right now.
