“Every night I’d stay up all night long, and they used to have cameras on the trees, and I figured out when the slowest time, what day of the week and what out of the night was the slowest around those oak trees, so I could go in there at that time and not get caught,” Updyke says.

they were dying anyways with all of that constant toilet paper. not healthy trees at all. Harvey just put them out of their misery

The scary part is he was a State Trooper and was allowed to carry a gun. I wonder if any of his arrest could be overturned ?

I bet ole Harvey has met you a few times at some LA rest area for your version of the "Red Elephant Club". I am starting to believe Red Elephant is a euphemism. Only people who defend him are those whose lives are just as shitty as his. Some sort of cult you belong to.
