He was subpoenaed by defense counsel, which means he is coming in as a witness to testify. Jesus you people will believe anything

SEC Rant has become the CNN of Fan Forums. Some crazy stuff.

The fact that it is the defense wanting him to testify makes it likely that his testimony will serve to clear people of wrongdoing, not implicate him. I would take this as a good sign if I was an LSU fan.

Why do you suppose a defense attorney would want Wade’s testimony if he and the defense attorney’s client were guilty?

Link? I haven't seen that detail in a single article, I've only seen LSU fans post that on here as you continue to spin

He was subpoenaed by the defense counsel, which means he was brought in to help defend Dawkins and Co. There is literally no reason that they would bring someone in that would incriminate them further

Why do you think a defense attorney would have to Subpoena a “witness” that didn’t do anything wrong and could help his client???

Why not go voluntarily.

Happens all the time. Defense isn’t going to rely on a voluntary appearance from a friendly witness. You have to request a subpoena to ensure you get the testimony.

No, but if Wade did something on a wiretap that showed Wade was reaching out and making the offers, wouldn’t that help the defense and be a reason Wade isnt willingly helping, but instead has to be subpoenaed
