Playing in a game in November to decided the East like bama/LSU/Auburn have had over the last decade is the goal uga is shooting for in this scenario. The viewing numbers are hard data that can't be ignored. The SEC wants a 2nd option that reflects the West model. uga is comfortable positioning itself in that role.

It would also allow them to stagger their november home schedule in general so GT and AU aren't both away in the same season both in november.

but we DGAS about that. That's not the issue for us as it us for yall having UGA/bama to end the season. We drive an hour down the road to play in a stadium half full of our fans against a team we typically whoop up on. Playing them on the raod the same season we play AU on the road is a non-issue.

Playing tech and Auburn both on the road isn’t a competitive issue if that’s what your implying. Maybe it’s be nice for fans to have one game a year st home but it doesn’t affect play on the field the way it might for Auburn with Bama and UGA

UGA's played GT @ home in even years since 1934.
We've played Aub. @ home in odd years since 1959.
