Probably not but he was surrounded by excellent talent and the year after he left we won 10 games and finished in the top 5 and beat the #2 team in the country.

I said solid defense, not elite. That defense was still full of Tuberville players.

Incorrect. There was plenty of talent on that team. Auburn has never been at a loss for talent.

Absolutely not. Georgia fans of all people should know how hard it is to win the NC, even with good talent. Most years it takes a great player or two to get you over the top.
