It's the players. They are not that good and have nobody to develop them because the staff is overloaded with recruiters as opposed to coaches who can develop talent.

No. Many of the players on the defense were inexperienced and having to overcompensate for other players who are inexperienced. Some of the guys on the defense who started were supposed to be backups this season. This will benefit us going forward.

Here are the problems: we have to replace the entire right side of the line: Tua’s blind side AND with a new OL Coach. That may be good or bad, we’ll have to see.

We need a new MLB. Mack is playing out of position and he sucks at it. We either have to deal with it or throw another first year starter into the fire and see what happens. I just can’t see staying with the status quo because it’s bad. Maybe we’ll find the next C.J. Moseley.

Irv is gone. We will mis that freakish TE mismatch he provided.

We lose Damien and Baby Rhino in the backfield. Najee and Brian Robinson and one of the young guys will have to step up to fill those big shoes.

For the love of God, can the incoming kicker just be consistent on making EPs?

DL will be a complete retool. We need lots of young hungry alphas to step up.

QB-someone will have to step up behind Tua. He has shown a slight durability issue so the backup will have to be capable of taking the reigns.

Lots to work on. We have the talent, do we have the coaches?
