OU won its conference and revenged its only loss.
ND went undefeated and beat multiple ranked teams.

UGA got dismantled by LSU.
They lost their chance to get the playoff bid to Bama.

Regardless of yesterday’s games it was the right choice.

Alabama and Clemson are the top two teams and would’ve been playing for the national title regardless of the other two teams that got in.

Mutts can downvote all day but the truth of the matter is you were placed just where you are supposed to be.

I agree. I think if OU had played anybody but Texas for the Big 12 championship (thereby beating every team on their schedule to that point), I would have said UGA (or UCF, puke) deserved it over them.

ND played a shite schedule just like UCF, their best win was a very overrated Michigan team

The committee shite the bed because they didn't want to piss off ND and the Big XII

Got what right? 4 most deserving teams or 4 best?

One could argue that ND and OU while certainly deserving, were not the best.

Would agree but Notre Dame needs to play a conference final. Not a uga should be in rebuttal.

While ND clearly did not belong, there was no way to keep them out. They had a very good schedule, it's not their fault that all the teams they played fell apart, worst USC and Stanford team in years, Michigan showed how overated they and the Big 10 are and Syracuse played with a back up QB.

UGA didn't deserve to be in the playoff.

UGA is among the 4 best teams in the country.

Your perception of how teams should be selected can do what you want with the above 2 statements.

For the second year in a row, Oklahoma has proven themselves to be the 3rd or 4th best team if they played in the SEC. But they play in the Bigxii. And they continue to count their conference championships and hope it brings them into the playoff on an annual basis.

Are all conferences created equal?
Or did Oklahoma prove once again themselves to be 3rd or 4th best behind just the SEC teams in college football.
