Even if Chip left on his own there still needs to be repercussion for the Oline issues or we will be back in the same boat next year no matter who the next OC is.
The OL mess is not Grimes fault.

I'm not sure who's at fault for the OL but no HC or OC can create an offense with a line that can't pass protect or run block.
