Crazy how when your All Star QB plays well, you win.
When he plays like dogs shite, you lose.
In losses 49.6% completions, 1 TD 5 INT 183 yards per game
Last two games
Florida 75% 3 TD 0 INT 250 yards
Vanderbilt 67% 2TD 2 INT 253 yards
How can this be? Muh coaching? Fire Odom? It just doesn’t add up.

The Marmot Sawtooth is better gear.

marmot is decent but for the purpose this works great

What altitude are you operating in?

Too bad he couldn’t play like that against Georgia, South Carolina, and Kentucky.

Yup, but credit to him for turning it around.

I wish we had better depth at QB, I think pulling Lock from a shitty game would actually light some fire under his arse.

went with the coleman 0 degree. It's warm, plush, comfy, and cheap. Won'y be doin any backpacking with it
would probably go with a trespas echotec over the sawtooth. Not that it's better, but it's hollowfil, lighter, and about 40% of the price

I use a Sawtooth for chasing Elk and Bighorn. It packs pretty small and I've been at 11,500 with no complaints

It looks nice
11000 is pretty tall for sleeping. The highest I've slept is 10,000 in St George when I hike the Sawtooth Range

Going after Bighorns isn't for everyone and its a drawing for permits. When you get selected, you have to get after it. I usually get on location 2 days before the hunt to acclimate. I've seen altitude sickness put guys down.

Just moved to the Denver area this year. Hoping to draw an elk tag next year. Never been elk hunting before, but it’s been on my bucket list since I was a kid. Different type of hunting than stand hunting back in Missouri.

You earn an elk. Getting one quartered and down from the tree line is work most people want no part of. It's an amazing experience.

It won't be long until we have a Elk season in Missouri again. The Peck Ranch herd is growing nicely. That is if the local poachers would leave them alone.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve heard from people out here. I’m not too worried about putting in the work. I actually enjoy the challenge. I’ve been doing a lot of hiking in the high country to get my mountain legs underneath me. I still have a ton to lean and research before I’ll feel ready.

Damn, doesn't anyone hunt ducks around here?

Had a bottom ground lease near Portland when I still lived in MidMo. Great for Mallards but we also had some awesome evenings busting Canadians.

In my time at Mizzou, I leased land around Fountain Grove and another place at Swan Lake. Lots of ducks and geese each fall.
Back home here in Minnesota, there are plenty of birds, but more and more guys are going over to North Dakota each year.
