It's almost like you read the article... Until it wasn't...
Sooo... It's like no one is doing any of that shite, and instead there are infrastructure problems... Which is not uncommon in the south in general where these problems are swept under the rug as long as possible.
Isn't there like an open air sewer trench in Alabama somewhere?
