He should get 2 more years to get to the sweet 16 or further.
Yes he's already had 7, but we've been consistently decent to good during those years. I do have some concern that the conference is passing him up though.

Put me in the Hog Trough. I think there is lot of fatigue with his stay here but we haven't stunk on ice. If he does Okayish this year he gets another year but he's getting to the point where he really needs to do something or the pressure is going to start to mount on the AD to find someone else.

Put my brother is posihog, and me in negahog.
I think his recruiting is not good enough with how the conference is recruiting now. It worked 7 years ago. Not now. I wanted him fired when we sucked arse a few years ago.
My brother thinks mike overachieves because we always finish higher than predicted. Due to mike being a baw or some shite. He is firmly a mike guy.
