i don't think you understand the usage of the term are. It is a present tense verb. Past performances do not guarantee future results. We might have been the worst, but lately I would say Tennessee is the worst program. We have been to 8 straight bowl games. We are a good value buy.

You're higher than giraffe pussy if you think that the Tennessee football program and everything that comes along with it is anywhere close to something other than 3 echelons higher than the State football program and everything that comes along with it... even in what has been our absolute worst decade in history and your absolute best.
