MSU 5
Total Offense:

Run Defense:
A&M 4
MSU 21
Run Offense:

MSU 16
Pass Yards Allowed:
A&M 91
MSU 16
Pass Offense:
A&M 23
MSU 110
It comes down to how shitty A&Ms pass defense is compared to how shitty MSUs pass offense is.
A&M can force MSU to be even more one-dimensional with that decent rush defense.

I put fifty on Aggies at +3. Seems like a steal. I thought it would open -7 or more for the Aggies.

It’s okay to say that A&M has a good rush defense when they are top 5 in the nation halfway through the season. Sure it might not end there but the sample size is there

Kentucky only scored 7 points on offense against A&M. Their other score came on a fumble return.

I honestly have no idea about this game. A&M has been dominating stats that matter like TOP, and the offense has been putting up good numbers. However, inconsistency with the new scheme has us settling for FG's more than TD's. At some point that is going to change, and when it does, the spread is going to become larger. Will that be against MSU? No damned idea.
This game in my mind is a pick'em, but agree that our punter could very well be the difference. In a defensive struggle, when one team is consistently starting inside the 20 and having to drive the length of the field, that makes a difference

Aggies should gain about 10 yards field position each time we trade 3 and outs.
Expect to see a lot of this. That is the difference in the game.
