2008 Auburn offense, 2012 Auburn offense, or 2018 Auburn offense?

For me, I just remember getting shut out by both Alabama and Georgia in 2012 and that game at Mississippi State with 5 turnovers, so I’ll have to go with that

2012 was just an unwatchable disaster in every single way so it wins

The 2008 and 2018 offenses are almost identically frustrating but less than 2012. We've got playmakers scattered about but offensive line struggles and bad QB play ruin just about everything we try to do.

In 2012...it was bad.

Honestly, the O in 2015 was impossible to watch at times. Gus has never fielded team as a head coach or OC that didn't have at least one game that made you scratch your head.

I'll think outside the box and say 2011.

At RB we had Michael Dyer, Onterrio McCalebb and Tre Mason. Emory Blake, D'Angelo Benton and Trovon Reed at WR, Lutzie at TE.

Finished #105 nationally in total offense against FBS teams.

I’m going with 2018.

2008 was a new system so we expected growing pains. It was a terrible ending to the Franklin Experiment but at least the product on the field was the result of a blatant clusterfrick in the department.

2012 was tragic but was complemented by a horrific defense. The team all around was miserable and didn’t really have any hype going into the season. There had also been turmoil in the off-season including a shooting along with transfers that set up the entire debacle.

2018 is by far the worst because we should have had all pieces in place for a dominant offense. Potentially the hottest preseason QB in Auburn history. Highly ranked running backs based on recruiting services. Tremendous speed and experience with the wide receivers. Young offensive line but surrounded by talent to help with growing pains.

This should have been one of Auburn’s better years and it only sucks because of Gus’s inability to lead a program.

2015 was pretty bad, especially once we all realized we didnt have a QB.

I'm going 2018, but I freely admit I'm probably being affected by recency bias.

2012, 2015 then 2008.

2018 is just watching bad coaching. I feel bad for the players versus feeling like they are bad players.

I feel bad for Stidham. He has been coached poorly, is getting horrible play calling and has no offensive line. JJ was just a disaster, imho two different things and I'll take stidham over all of those years.

I have to go with 2018.

Not having a qb and not being able to pass in the past was frustrating but this Oline not being able to block shitty defenses and not being able to run the ball is a whole new level of frustration.
