The guy has played four games. We can afford to give him some time to develop. I'm fine with that.
However, regardless of what Saban says (and he is right to give encouragement here), if we are punting for a 35 yard average at the end of the season, a change will be made at that spot.

I bet all 12 punters names were different variations of "Bobby Williams"
