I was thinking the other day I'd love to see the conference do a league wide throwback day to the 80s or 90s, much like basketball did a few years ago to the 60s/70s.
All the TV stations use their 90s font/logo packages, Nike/Adidas/Under Armour give the same sideline gear and jerseys (included mesh or whatever), etc.
It'd be awesome and they sell the shite out of the gear.

shite half the teams in this league would have basically identical uniforms as they do now (Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss, Florida, Tennessee, UGA)

Yea that is the part that I think would be best. And the sponsor companies would make a sheeeeeeeton. I'd buy the hell out of that stuff, the pieces I don't still have from being a 13 year old.
Old ESPN and CBS graphics. Turn SEC Network in Jefferson Pilot for the day. This is a win win win.
