Mizzou 48-17

Purdue let Northwestern score 31 on them and NW could only muster up one TD against Duke. Eastern Michigan only allowed Purdue to score 19 last Saturday and Mizzou better beat that.

Revenge will taste sweet on Saturday!!!!!

Mizzou 38 (McCann goes 1 for 2)
Purdue 13

Good road test for us. I doubt the Purdue fans will be nuts with an 0-2 start. But a road game is a road game.

I just hope we keep our foot on the gas. Need to erase the stench of last year's game.

I'll go with 27-17

Nothing pretty, but a double digit win over a P5 team on the road.

I begging to see progress in the running game against pu

Man, I really can't see them holding us to that point total. Their secondary is supposedly very bad and they don't generate much pass rush. Looking like a field day for Drew and the boys.

They’ve been giving up about 300 passing yards a game against the 90ish ranked teams in offense. Or, something like that.

Here’s an article from a Purdue beat writer. He’s predicting a 40-25 game in favor or Mizzou

Sorta why I think its semi-low scoring is because we really focus on figuring out ways to run the ball for the uga game

Mizzou 52-10. Odom is a gentlemen against wyoming, he will try to run up the score against purdue to pad the numbers for Drew’s heisman race.

The only focus will be on winning the game. Purdue is allowing 9.8 yds per completed pass. If they play a one high look with 7 in the box like last year and like the last two teams have tried vs MU, Lock will have 250+ and 3 TDs at the half.

Lock didn't check out of any running plays the last two games and I look for that to change this week against Purdue's hybrid front. Blanton and Albert should dominate this week.

42-28

I’m gonna be pissed if Mizzou gives up 20+.

Sell out versus the run and make their garbage QBs best you.

Our front 7 should be fine against the run. That being said, that Fr WR will be an issue in space, especially if iso'd with Hilton on the seam in Cover 3. Keep them in front of the defense and play tough in the RZ.

Be VERY aware of that FR WR. That kid is a stud and if he gets the ball down field he will score. We don't have anyone that can keep up with him.
