Any one of three ways:

1.) Possessing the ball in Auburn's end zone for 6 points ("touchdown").

2.) Kicking the ball through the goal posts for either 1 or 3 points. ("try" and/or "field goal").

3.) Having Auburn ruled down in the end zone, either by being tackled, committing "holding", or moving the ball past the end line, for 2 points ("safety").

You can also return a blocked extra point try, after one of many Auburn TDs, for two points.
