1) nothing to gain and Ole Miss has nothing to lose

2) NWO

3) Ole Miss May have the first ground game in a long time

BUT

4) WAOM

I think they are good. #4 trumps any worries.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Bama drops 70 and has to start taking a knee early in the 4th.

UM has the talent to put up some points, whether they execute or not to realize some of their scoring potential is TBD.

Hell, arky st missed a half dozen big plays last week that were there. Like them, UM just can't afford to miss opportunities if they want it close.

Similarly, it is the UA offense that presents the issue. In spite of UM's skill players on O, the Rebs have taken a bad 2017 defense and somehow made it worse. They are last in the conference in Total Defense and also last in every major def category except for one... in which they're second to last.

Nothing to lose? Its a loss in the SEC which makes it harder to get to Atlanta. You've heard of Atlanta maybe? We have the SEC Championship game there

No disrespect but I think most of us are more interested in LSU vs Auburn... as other posters have referenced you guys will score a few points. Maybe hang around for a quarter I guess. You can tell from the lack of Ole Miss related threads started by us it's not a game of interest.

Saban would never do that.

People are writing off their defense too much due to their DGAF performance last week. I really think a part of that was just them looking ahead to this week.

I think Ole Miss will score around 30 points.

Problem is I think Bama will score a lot more than that. Rebel Sharks will have to decide whether to stop the pass or the run.

Against Jalen that was an easy call. Tua changes that equation to the point that many are concerned with Bama scoring too fast and leaving the D on the field for too many plays with a defense that lacks past depth.

Ole Miss gave up 400 yds in the first half to S. Illinois who until last week most SEC fans didn’t know existed. Bama could play with 9 guys on Offense and still beat you.

Ole Miss fans just stop. Yall are an embarrassment to SEC defenses everywhere. Saban is going to ask his 2nd string "who hasn't had a touch down yet? Want one?"

In fairness he's probably got them scores already and will be dipping into the 3rd team

Considering Ole Miss has tackling issues and Bama has the best overall group of running backs, featuring 2 power runners named Harriss. Bama will be able to run and control the clock. I am not very worried at all about losing. Bama's secondary is talented but very inexperienced, and Ole Miss has the best group of receivers in the conference, and I am looking forward to see how that plays out. I see Ole Miss scoring in the upper 20's( with a couple of garbage td's late) and Bama scoring in the 50's because they play backups for most of the second half.
