Did you start watching college football in like 2011? Bama was terrible and had a string of bad, bad coaching hires before Saban got there. That program isn't close to resembling anything it looked like before he got there. Oh boy, that's one of the dumbest statements I've seen on this website, and just maybe in general in my life.

wasn't Alabama on probation prior to Saban? I had thought they had a limited number of scholarships.
I started watching college football in mid 90s and I never had the impression Bama had done much in the past. I'm pretty sure I thought Auburn owned Alabama in football.
