Work ethic. That he was lazy and didn't want to put the time in to actually win. Probably why most of the coaches we had were those that looked lazy and why so many left. Also probably the bigger reasons he couldn't keep assistants at Wisconsin. Newsflash fatass guys who actually care about winning know it takes effort. God I hate that fat worthless bastard.
