If Fulton is eligible now due to a waiver, how does this affect his future career at LSU if his next round of court dates geaux badly? Does he use this time to get a highlight reel together and declare for the draft or would he stick around the remainder calendar year and play his senior year? I guess it would depend on what type of year he has but curious on your thoughts.

There is no waiver. The interpretation committee determined his violation falls under a one year penalty instead of two years

How about lets just see how the drug test and this year plays out before we start talking about his NFL future

What court dates are you talking about?

I believe the ncaa used the incorrect ncaa drug testing rules applied to Fulton. They applied the correct rule and he has served his time. I can't imagine what would be left?

Maybe I missed something but Fulton won his case. It's over.

From here, either he balls out as a third year player and goes pro or he returns next year solidly manning one of the CB positions.

I really don't see anything else as remotely possible absent injury.

He's fully reinstated pending a drug test, no strings attached.

The NCAA essentially overturned their ruling and said "our bad" once it was pointed out to them that they applied the wrong punishment.

He's good to go.

This isn’t a legal matter. There is no court date.

I must have missed that he was in legal trouble.

Is he really? If so, what did he allegedly do?

When overseas it can be difficult to keep up with LSU news, so please pardon my ignorance to the situation.

I knew he was suspended by the NCAA but this is the first I've heard of anything criminal.
