Yes its a weaker ACC this year on paper that we should dominate. I think BC will be much better than #34.

Stats can be tricky things...

Number of opponents in top 35
Clemson - 7
USC - 4

We won't be tested by an elite team this year in the regular season, but could easily lose a game if we get complacent or have a bad day (Syracuse?!?).

Opponents in the top 5:

Auburn - 3

Auburn plays 3 of the top 5 teams in the country in the regular season alone. None are home games. Let that sink in. Then just for fun, throw in 3 more top 25 teams in the SEC west AU also plays.

Flip AU and Clemsons schedule and AU is basically a lock for the playoff and Clemson looks doubtful.

shite, bama is probably doubtful to make the playoff with AUs schedule (since bama cant play themselves they have to play AU at JH for that spot - probably a loss).
