I'd hire him as OC if he's looking for a job. One would have to think he isn't going to be getting any head coaching offers any time soon. Should be able to get great value for him seeing as he'll be needing the money when he loses the $38MM remaining on his contract

his career as a P5 head coach will likely be over for the foreseeable future, but I would be shocked if he's out of coaching completely forever. He may have to be an assistant or coach at a G5 school but someone will hire him.
