I was in Katherine Cooper Cater Hall the other day on a college visit with my daughter. The inside is nice, but the outside needs some work. Rotten wood, needs painting, etc... Would hate for AU to let that building fall apart--it is a beautiful old building.
I hear rumors that Haley Center is not long for this world, which would greatly improve the center of AU's campus.

Those rumors started back at least in 2002 ish. It will be a logistics nightmare.

Yeah, it's ugly. But it's a rite of passage surviving it's confusing corridors as freshman.
