We had one of the top rushing defenses all year leading to that game
It wouldn’t have mattered. Nobody stopped Auburn’s rushing attack in 2013. It was one of the most dominant in college football history. Everyone knew what was coming and nobody stopped it.

Auburn managed to beat them, but I would point out that Miss State technically did a good job stopping AU's run game that season. They're pretty much it though, you guys had a great ground attack.

120 yards on 36 carries and 0 TDs. Only one other game did AU average less than 5 yards per carry (FSU) and they had at least 2 TDs in every other game than MSU.

But at least give the Bulldogs some credit. They don't get much on here.
