MSU has a bit of leverage here IMO. He proved he couldn’t get far, but choked when it mattered. Props to him for taking over a team with a lot of coaching dysfunction and coming so close. Great season for you guys

He's better than a lot of coaches we could go with but not the best. If he's who we hire I can't complain Because he certainly earned it.

If we hire Henderson with Dan Heefner, Todd Whitting, Link Jarrett, Greg Lovelady, and several others still out there, Cohen fricked us for a really long time because of a largely emotional decision and Macnamee getting hot.

Again I've said if there's a much better coach out there and. Cohen likes him, that's good enough for me.
All I'm saying is Henderson with the idea of keeping this staff together looks more attractive by the day. And I think we certainly could hire someone worse.
But if Cohen hires someone with a resume that beats out Hendersons then I can't blame anyone.
And I know Henderson will be coaching someone thanks to his job here.
