So really only 6 have left for reasons outside of what you should wish for.

6 out of 24 is not that bad considering 5 years of eligibility, ~25 signees a year and a 85 man limit

No. The class had 24; 4 were drafted and 10 others left the program. 10 remain for their 4th year. Still not bad considering the number of 4 and 5 star guys competing for playing time.
